| The Electrotek RP1 Petri dish rotary
plater
allows convenient
and fast inoculation of Petri dish media by spinning the Petri dish at
a constant 150 revolutions per minute. The motor reaches its correct
speed
in less than one second, and is switched on or off by means of a front
panel push button. The plate holder can if required be marked with a
series
of concentric rings to allow correct placement of the culture.
Strongly
constructed from polypropylene, the RP1 should give many years of
trouble-free
